Telehouse Eemsdelta was built in 2007 as a next generation data centers. As our largest customer in Groningend had a demand for extra space and power we built this facility mainly at his specifications. The building is designed on one level to keep it simple and useful.

The site was built in Eemshaven because of several crucial issues. Main issue of course is the 8.000 MW which will be produced in the Energy plants in the near future. Since 2009 the data center is fully used by two customers.

Make:

The building has an straight forward construction and was designed by the architect Jacob van Ringen. The total size is approx. 20.000 sqm. In the attempt to keep it simple we managed to decrease the development costs. We have  built this data hotel in just 14 months after signing the colocation agreement. In our new developments we have the mission to improve this record.

Opperate:
Just like Telehouse Groningen our own TCN team is responsible for the complete operation of Telehouse Eemsdelta. With highly educated staff 24 hours, seven days per week available on site we deliver a SLA of at least 99,982%.
